Ingres™ driver for MDB2

Description

Ingres driver for the MDB2 abstraction class.

Prerequisites

• the Ingres RDBMS
• PHP and the generic MDB2 class
• the Ingres PHP driver

Installation

• download the latest version MDB2_Driver_ingres-0.1.0.tgz then pear install MDB2_Driver_ingres-0.1.0.tgz
• or simply pear install http://www.ascolteo.fr/ingres/MDB2_Driver_ingres-0.1.0.tgz

Release notes

This is a beta version (v. 0.1.0, July 20, 2008).

• the prepare() and execute() methods are not (yet) implemented
• CHECK constraints are not available
• the array returned by listDatabases() does not contain the system databases (iidbdb, imadb)
• the array returned by listTables() does not contain the system catalogs
• the array returned by listUsers() does not contain the root, ingres and $ingres users

Compatiblity

Tested with Ingres 2006 r3 9.2.0, PHP 5.1.2, PHP driver 2.0.0, Ubuntu®.
